Refund policy
Because our products are handmade in small batches, we take great care to ensure every item meets our quality standards before it ships.
Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges on textile items in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@cherryandcotton.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Made-to-order fragrances (wax melts and room sprays)
- Sale or discounted items
- Items showing signs of use or wear
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cherryandcotton.com. Include your order number and a photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order is lost in transit, please reach out and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Made-to-Order Fragrances As our wax melts and room sprays are made fresh after each order is placed, we cannot accept returns on fragrance products unless they arrive damaged.
